1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories including:

• Puerto Rico

• Guam

• U.S. Virgin Islands

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes (unless specified)

• International destinations (currently)

2. Order Processing

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

• Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day

• During peak seasons (November-January), processing may take 3-5 business days

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

4. Shipping Restrictions

Some items have special shipping requirements:

• Fragile items may require additional packaging

• Oversized items may incur additional fees

• Certain items cannot be expedited

5. Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number

• Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear

• Contact us if tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days

6. Shipping Issues

Delayed Packages

• Carrier delays may occur due to weather or high volume

• Contact us if your package is delayed beyond 7 business days

Lost Packages

• Report lost packages within 14 days of expected delivery

• We will initiate an investigation with the carrier

Damaged Packages

• Inspect your package immediately upon delivery

• Report damage within 48 hours with photos
